Covenant between Sara Bromfeild of London, widow, late the wife of Henry Bufkyn, esquire, now deceased and son and heir apparent of Leven Bufkyn, late of Otham in the county of Kent, esquire, deceased; Martin Carrick, citizen and cloth worker of London; Leven Bufkyn of London, gentleman, and Anne his wife, parties of the first part; and William Younge of Warneham in the county of Sussex, gentleman, of the other part; that they Sara, Martin, and Leven will levy to the use of the said William, before the end of Easter term next, a fine of the manors of Langley and Brushing Court, and of a capital messuage called Gore Court, and tenements called Langley Parke, Brushing Courte, and Brushing Heth, all in the parishes of Otham, alias Ottam, Langley, Sutton Vallence, Loose, and Boughton Mount Chelsey in Kent.
